VISION TEAM FOR PARISH GROWTH MINISTRIES

This Vision Team will meet monthly, and be responsible for the ministry areas that seek to channel energy into the growth of the congregation, particularly in terms of prospective and new members.  Its focus should be on big-picture issues, the “What” of Parish Growth.  Its potential areas of ministry include, but not be limited to:

Ø     Adult Education

Ø     Guest-Quest

Ø     New Member Welcome

Ø     Assimilation of new members

Ø     Community outreach

Ø     Auxiliaries

This team will be made up of a Chairperson and Assistant Chair-person and three or more appointed members.  The Pastor, Director of Parish Growth will be the staff contact person.  Various Ministry Teams will form at the direction of this Vision Team, and will be accountable through it to the Focus and Coordinating Team.
