VISION TEAM FOR CHRISTIAN CARE MINISTRIES

The purpose of this Vision Team shall be to provide for the spiritual welfare of the congregation.  Its focus will be on big-picture issues, the “What” and “How” of spiritual welfare.  

This Vision Team will include a Chairperson and Assistant Chair, and five elected members.  The Senior Pastor will be the Staff contact. 

The Staff Wholeness Team will consist of five persons: the Chair and assistant Chair of the Vision Team for Christian Care Ministries; and three persons, one chosen by each of the full-time professional staff.  This Team will serve as an adjunct to the Vision Team, and will serve as a care and accountability team for the professional staff.

Other potential areas of ministry, around which Ministry Teams will be formed are:

Ø     Care-Visit Ministries (Hospital, crisis, shut-in)

Ø     Shepherding Process

Ø     Care-Ciple Ministries

Ø     Small-group Bible Studies

Ø     Prayer Ministries
