Meet The Staff
Pastor Ryan, a born and raised Nebraskan, received his Master of Divinity from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis in 2014. He served as an Associate Pastor at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Flemington, NJ until 2018. Serving now as the Lead Pastor, he is humbled to be a part of Good Shepherd’s next season of ministry moving forward together as we connect people to Jesus. His favorite passage of scripture is Romans 1:16, “I am not ashamed of the Gospel for it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes.” This has always driven him to be passionate about meeting new people and having spiritual conversations with people outside the church. Ryan, his wife, and his two young daughters have found their home in the community of Fremont and look forward to meeting you soon.
Director of Youth and Family Ministry
Kim came to Good Shepherd in 2016. Prior to her position here, she was an office manager for a Fremont company, processing accounts receivable and payable for over 25 years. As the Financial Assistant, Kim enjoys tracking the donations, accounts payable and payroll. She especially enjoys visualizing the volunteer members as the hands and feet of Jesus as they freely give of their talents. A very meaningful verse for Kim is Colossians 3:23-24 “Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward and that the Master you are serving is Christ.” This verse is framed and sits on her desk as a reminder that we are always working for the Lord.
Kim attended Midland University and studied business and finance. She is married to Byron, her high school sweetheart, and blessed with two daughters and two granddaughters.
Kristie has always lived in Nebraska and moved to Fremont with her husband, Dallas, and their three children in 1999. She received her Associate of Art Degree in Music Education and has over 20 years of administrative experience. Her life verse is Psalm 23:1, “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.” This verse was a source of comfort and assurance in leading her to join the Good Shepherd staff in 2018, after working in the same office for just short of 15 years. She enjoys working with the Good Shepherd Family and is excited to see where God leads Good Shepherd.
